The vertical tube (spiral tube) evaporator boasts an ingeniously crafted design to maximize refrigerant evaporation efficiency within the tube. Nestled within the refrigerant carrier box, the evaporator epitomizes engineering excellence. These evaporators are uniquely tailored for open circulation systems, ensuring the secondary coolant remains non-volatile, utilizing saltwater or water. To sustain a uniform circulation speed of the secondary refrigerant, a longitudinal partition and strategically welded spiral agitator are incorporated within the box. This design facilitates a carrier coolant flow rate of 0.3~0.7m/s, significantly enhancing heat transfer performance.
The vertical evaporator's sophisticated evaporating tube is encased within a durable rectangular metal enclosure. Each cluster of evaporation tubes is meticulously connected via two horizontal headers to a multitude of heat transfer tubes. Depending on the heat transfer tube configuration, these evaporators are meticulously categorized into two types: straight tubes and spiral tubes, each offering distinct advantages.
