This meticulous process transforms the refrigerant from a gas to a liquid, delivering exceptional thermal performance and reliability.

This groundbreaking system leverages a high-performance pump to elevate spray water to the apex of the evaporative condenser. The advanced spray water is then meticulously distributed across the exterior of the condensing tubes via precision-engineered nozzles, creating a uniform and highly effective water film. As this water film absorbs heat, it seamlessly evaporates into steam, while the remaining water elegantly descends into the collecting tank for efficient recycling by the pump, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

The innovative axial fan significantly boosts system efficiency by channeling air through the coils from the top and lower side walls. This dynamic process expels saturated hot and wet air into the atmosphere. The sophisticated water collector strategically captures water droplets in the discharged air, minimizing water loss. Further enhancing system efficiency, the float ball valve meticulously maintains ideal water levels by replenishing lost water vapor, ensuring uninterrupted and seamless cooling operations.
