The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant enters the coil through the refrigerant inlet, undergoing a transformative heat exchange with the surrounding spray water and air. This meticulous process ensures the refrigerant transitions efficiently from a gaseous to a liquid state, providing superior thermal performance and reliability for your cooling needs.

This state-of-the-art system employs a pump to transport spray water to the apex of the evaporative condenser. The water is then meticulously dispersed across the outer surface of the condensing tubes through precision-engineered nozzles, creating a thin, highly effective water film. As this film absorbs heat, it gracefully evaporates into steam, while the remaining water cascades into the collecting tank for seamless recycling by the pump, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability.

The powerful axial fan significantly enhances system efficiency by driving air from the top and lower side walls through the coils. This process effectively expels filled, saturated hot and wet air into the atmosphere. Ingeniously, the water collector captures water droplets in the discharged air, minimizing water loss. Furthermore, the float ball valve meticulously maintains optimal water levels by replenishing any lost water vapor, ensuring continuous, seamless cooling operations for your system.
