When the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant enters the coil via the refrigerant inlet, it undergoes a remarkable heat exchange with the encompassing spray water and air. This exchange dynamically converts the refrigerant from a gaseous to a liquid state, delivering unparalleled thermal performance for your cooling needs.
This pioneering system employs a pump to channel spray water to the pinnacle of the evaporative condenser. Strategically engineered nozzles then disperse the spray water uniformly over the condensing tubes' outer surfaces, creating a thin, highly effective water film. As the water film absorbs heat, it transitions to steam, while the residual water elegantly descends into the collecting tank, ready for efficient recycling by the pump.
The axial fan significantly boosts system efficiency by drawing air from the top and lower side walls through the coils, expelling the hot, humid air into the atmosphere. Ingeniously, the water collector captures water droplets in the expelled air, reducing water loss. Furthermore, the float ball valve meticulously maintains optimal water levels by replenishing evaporated water, ensuring uninterrupted cooling operations.
