As a result, these valves are the ideal solution forliquid injection in 'dry' evaporators, where the superheat at the evaporator outlet directly correlates with the evaporator load, guaranteeing superior efficiency.
Introducing the revolutionary TE 2 version for CO2: Equipped with a manual TXV and a streamlined case controller, this innovation offers a unique opportunity for constructing a CO2 system with a minimal initial investment, while still enabling comprehensive temperature data logging.

Thermostatic expansion valves masterfully ensure a stable superheat level at the evaporator outlet. They achieve this by precisely regulating the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, balancing both the evaporator load and ambient temperatures. This fine-tuned control maximizes refrigeration efficiency.

The TE 2 valves for CO2 are designed without internal pressure equalization to function optimally in sub-critical systems. These versions have been meticulously upgraded to handle MWP 90 bar pressure.

TE2 valves feature a versatile interchangeable orifice assembly compatible with all valve body versions and refrigerants across all evaporating temperature ranges. The valve cone and seat, crafted from a special wear-resistant alloy, ensure longevity.

The thermostatic element's charge is precisely attuned to the refrigerant and evaporating temperature range, as indicated by laser engraving on the valve top.

The bulb offers rapid and accurate response to temperature shifts in the evaporator. Secured with a patented bulb strap, it ensures quick, hassle-free, and reliable mounting, providing excellent thermal contact with the suction tube.
