Hence, these valves are exceptionally suited forliquid injection in 'dry' evaporators, where the superheat at the evaporator outlet is directly proportional to the evaporator load, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Introducing the advanced TE 2 version for CO2, this innovation allows the use of a manual TXV in tandem with a simplified case controller. This creates a groundbreaking opportunity to build a CO2 system with a reduced initial investment while still enabling constant data logging of temperatures, ensuring precision and reliability.

Compared to systems using capillary tubes, thermostatic expansion valves offer remarkable energy savings and enhanced performance.
Our advanced system design is crafted to prevent liquid refrigerant from entering the suction line, thereby protecting the compressor from potential damage. This not only boosts system reliability but also ensures superior efficiency.

The TE 2 valves, specially designed for CO2 applications, do not feature internal pressure equalization. Optimized for sub-critical systems, these valves have been enhanced to withstand a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 90 bar, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.

TE2 valves boast an interchangeable orifice assembly, offering unparalleled versatility for various valve body versions, refrigerants, and evaporating temperature ranges. To ensure durability, the valve cone and seat are constructed from a specialized alloy known for its exceptional wear resistance.

The charge of the thermostatic element is precisely aligned with the refrigerant and evaporating temperature range. These specifications are laser-engraved on the valve top for easy reference and clarity.
