The system channels the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant into the coil through the refrigerant inlet, where an advanced heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant, the surrounding spray water, and air. This sophisticated process efficiently converts the refrigerant from a gaseous state to a liquid state, delivering unparalleled thermal performance and reliability.

This innovative system harnesses the power of a pump to circulate spray water to the apex of the evaporative condenser. The water is meticulously dispersed over the condensing tubes' exterior through precision-engineered nozzles, creating a thin, highly efficient water film. As the water film absorbs heat, it transforms into steam, while the remaining water gracefully descends into the collecting tank for seamless recycling by the pump, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

The powerful axial fan maximizes system efficiency by propelling air from both the top and lower side walls through the coils. This action expels the moisture-laden hot air into the atmosphere. The intelligent water collector captures water droplets from the discharged air, significantly reducing water loss. Furthermore, the float ball valve precisely maintains ideal water levels by replenishing evaporated water, guaranteeing uninterrupted cooling performance and operational excellence.
