The refrigerant gas containing oil in aerosol form, exported from the compressor, enters into the oil separator. As the refrigerant gas passes through the inlet metal web, the outlet metal web, and the shell wall of the oil separator, the oil contained within is effectively intercepted. The oil particles collide and merge into heavier particles, which eventually hit the separator wall, achieving the final separation effect. These isolated droplets are collected at the bottom of the oil separator, where a float-operated needle valve returns the oil back to the crankcase or oil reservoir, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
