Our Efficient Cross Flow Evaporative Condenser revolutionizes cold chain solutions by optimizing the condensation process. The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant flows into the coil via the refrigerant inlet, where it undergoes a transformative heat exchange with the surrounding spray water and air. This process efficiently transitions the refrigerant from a gaseous to a liquid state, ensuring superior thermal performance.

This cutting-edge system utilizes a pump to transport spray water to the top of the evaporative condenser. The spray water is then evenly distributed across the outer surface of the condensing tubes through precision-engineered nozzles, forming a thin, effective water film. As the water film absorbs heat, it evaporates into steam, while residual water gracefully cascades into the collecting tank for efficient recycling by the pump.

The axial fan enhances system efficiency by driving air from the top and lower side walls through the coils. This process expels filled, saturated hot and wet air into the atmosphere. Ingeniously, the water collector intercepts water droplets in the discharged air, minimizing water loss. Additionally, the float ball valve meticulously maintains optimal water levels by replenishing lost water vapor, ensuring seamless cooling operations.

Our system is equipped with an advanced anti-blocking large water spray device that maximizes water pipe wall containment, significantly enhancing the heat transfer coefficient. The unique anti-plugging properties effectively minimize scaling and maintenance.

Featuring a specially designed large flow circulating pump with high protection IP55, our unit includes a rust-resistant stainless steel suction filter, thereby extending the system's service life.
