These high-performance evaporators are exclusively tailored for open circulation systems, ensuring that the secondary coolant remains non-volatile, such as saltwater or freshwater. To guarantee a steady and efficient circulation speed of the secondary refrigerant, a longitudinal partition and a precision-engineered spiral agitator are expertly welded within the box, promoting an optimal carrier coolant flow rate of 0.3~0.7m/s, thereby significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency.
Encased in a robust rectangular metal box, the vertical evaporator's evaporating tube is a marvel of engineering. Each cluster of evaporation tubes is composed of two horizontal headers seamlessly connected to numerous heat transfer tubes. Depending on the specific types of heat transfer tubes used, these evaporators are classified into two distinct varieties: straight tubes and spiral tubes, each designed to meet unique heat transfer requirements with precision and efficiency.
