Our vertical tube (spiral tube) evaporator is meticulously engineered to ensure optimal refrigerant evaporation within the tube, with the evaporator gracefully submerged in the refrigerant carrier box. Specifically crafted for open circulation systems, these evaporators demand non-volatile secondary coolants such as saltwater or water. To sustain a consistent circulation speed of the secondary refrigerant, a precisely welded longitudinal partition and spiral agitator are incorporated within the box. This sophisticated design ensures a carrier coolant flow rate of 0.3~0.7 m/s, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency.
The vertical evaporator features an evaporating tube elegantly encased in a robust rectangular metal box. Each cluster of evaporation tubes includes two horizontal headers, seamlessly connected to a multitude of heat transfer tubes. Depending on the type of heat transfer tubes, these evaporators are classified into two distinct categories: straight tubes and spiral tubes, offering versatility and efficiency in heat transfer capabilities.
