This is expertly achieved by precisely controlling the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, taking into account both the evaporator load and surrounding temperatures. Such meticulous control not only maximizes refrigeration efficiency but also ensures the prevention of liquid refrigerant entering the suction line, thereby averting potential compressor damage. When compared to systems that employ capillary tubes, thermostatic expansion valves provide substantial energy savings.
Our advanced system design flawlessly ensures that liquid refrigerant is prevented from entering the suction line, thereby safeguarding the compressor from potential damage. This results in a significantly more reliable and efficient system overall.

The TE 2 valves designed for CO2 applications are not available with internal pressure equalization. These state-of-the-art valves are optimized for sub-critical systems and have been meticulously upgraded to withstand a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 90 bar.

TE2 valves feature an interchangeable orifice assembly, making them exceptionally versatile for all valve body versions, refrigerants, and evaporating temperature ranges. To guarantee longevity and superior performance, the valve cone and seat are crafted from a specialized alloy renowned for its exceptional wear resistance.

The thermostatic element's charge is meticulously matched to the refrigerant and the evaporating temperature range, with these essential details laser-engraved on the valve top for effortless clarity.

The bulb provides rapid and precise response to temperature fluctuations within the evaporator. Its innovative design includes a patented bulb strap, enabling quick, easy, and reliable mounting, ensuring excellent thermal contact with the suction tube for optimal performance.
