1.Air tightness:
After closing the door,the pressure in the library is 10mm water column,the library is no more than or equal to (less than or equal to) 1mm water column within 30 minutes.Our company according to the highest standard positive pressure 30mm water column,the library pressure is less than or equal to (less than or equal to )15mm within 3 minutes.
2.Track:
Using heavy-duty aluminum alloy 6063-T5 track,variable line sinking structure ,rail connection.
3.Door leaf texture:
The door is made of 0.5mm color coated steel plate .Our company adopts 0.8mm color coated steel plate surface to do the yellow orange pattern spray.
4.Door frame:
Door Net Tang using 3mm+3 aluminum alloy net Tang,the thickness of door box is 50mm,the width is 100mm,the overall welding ,door and PU insulation board is bulit-in mushroom nail connection ,the second ground of the hole is reserved first ,the whole frame is framed into the library.After leaving the door, the threshold outsie the secondary ground cement infusion ,and then the airtight and non-woven airtight treatment, and connect with the bottom side of the wall ,the door hole board airtight layer transfer ,then the library inside the second ground cement of the library inside pouring.
5.Seal:
Material;Using the newest meterials and adopting high-bubble circular seal, strio corner to do R rounded comers to ensure air tightness.
6.The door window of observation:
Spectifications craft: Small door width is 550mm,the height is 800mm the break ground is 600mm,using of stainless steel compression hinge and pressue hand wheel.The Glass door width is 710mm,the height is 860mm and the thickness is 60mm,the glass adopts the 5mm+7mm hollow nitrogen tempered glass.
7.Accessories:
All adopted with 304 type of stainless steel precision castings and fasteners.
8.Heat insulation:
100mm polyurethane foam infusion.
