Our Thermostatic Expansion Valves ensure a consistent superheat level at the evaporator outlet. Achieving this precision involves meticulous control over the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, accounting for both the evaporator load and ambient temperatures. Such precise control not only enhances refrigeration efficiency but also prevents liquid refrigerant from entering the suction line, shielding the compressor from potential damage. Compared to capillary tube systems, thermostatic expansion valves deliver substantial energy savings.
Our cutting-edge system design ensures that liquid refrigerant is kept out of the suction line, protecting the compressor from potential harm. This leads to a more reliable and efficient overall system.

The TE 2 valves, specifically designed for CO2 applications, are not available with internal pressure equalization. These valves are optimized for sub-critical systems and upgraded to withstand a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 90 bar.

TE2 valves come with an interchangeable orifice assembly, making them adaptable for all valve body versions, refrigerants, and evaporating temperature ranges. To ensure durability, the valve cone and seat are made from a specialized alloy known for its superior wear resistance.

The thermostatic element's charge is precisely tuned to the refrigerant and the evaporating temperature range. These critical details are laser-engraved on the top of the valve for easy reference.

The bulb is engineered for rapid and accurate response to temperature changes within the evaporator. Its innovative design includes a patented bulb strap for quick, easy, and reliable mounting, ensuring optimal thermal contact with the suction tube.
