Axial fans adopt new technology and new configuration,and are driven by belt reducer.With hollow extruded aluminum wing blades,the angle can be adjusted according to the performance.Different types of blades are selected according to different power,and the application range is wide.According to the explosion-proof requirements,the motor can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor with explosion-proof grade of ExdllBT4 or ExdllcT4,and the belt can be an anti-static belt according to the requirements.The fan is beautiful in appearance,safe and stable in operation.

1.The performance is 20ºC,the atmospheric pressure is 101325Pa,the relative humidity is 50%,and the altitude is not more than 1000 meters.The noise is the noise at the outle inclined by 45 which is twice the diameter of impeller.
2.The air volume and pressure of the fan are the air volume range Q1~Q2 and the pressure range P1~P2 corresponding to the use sections A1~A2 on the curve.Large air volume corresponds to low pressure point,and small air volume corresponds to high pressure point.(as show in Figure A)

Installation Instructions

When installing the fan,its base must be naturally combined with the foundation surface,and it should ba padded when necessary.It is not allowed to knock bolts for forced connection,so as to prevent the deformation of the base and the deformation of the ram.The weight of the pipe connecting the air outlet should not be borne by the fan,and the support should be increased during installation.
