these valves are exceptionally suited for liquid injection in 'dry' evaporators, where the superheat at the evaporator outlet is directly proportional to the evaporator load.This relationship guarantees unmatched efficiency and reliability in a wide range of applications.
Introducing the advanced TE 2 version for CO2, this innovation permits the use of a manual TXV alongside a simplified case controller. This configuration creates a groundbreaking opportunity to build a CO2 system with a reduced initial investment while still enabling constant data logging of temperatures, ensuring precision and reliability.

Thermostatic expansion valves are engineered to maintain a steady superheat level at the evaporator outlet. By meticulously regulating the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, these valves take into account both the evaporator load and the surrounding temperatures. This precise control not only optimizes refrigeration efficiency but also ensures that liquid refrigerant is barred from entering the suction line, thus preventing potential compressor damage. Compared to systems using capillary tubes, thermostatic expansion valves deliver notable energy savings along with enhanced performance.
Our sophisticated system design is adept at preventing liquid refrigerant from entering the suction line, which in turn protects the compressor from potential harm. This leads to a system that is remarkably reliable and efficient.

TE 2 valves, crafted for CO2 applications, come devoid of internal pressure equalization. These valves are fine-tuned for sub-critical systems and have been enhanced to endure a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 90 bar.

TE2 valves boast an interchangeable orifice assembly, rendering them adaptable to all valve body versions, refrigerants, and evaporating temperature ranges. To ensure durability, the valve cone and seat are constructed from a specialized alloy renowned for its superior wear resistance.

The charge of the thermostatic element is precisely matched to the refrigerant and the evaporating temperature range, with all pertinent details laser-engraved on the valve top for easy identification.

The bulb offers swift and precise responsiveness to temperature shifts within the evaporator. Its cutting-edge design includes a patented bulb strap, allowing for quick, easy, and reliable mounting, guaranteeing exceptional thermal contact with the suction tube.
