1. Air tightness:
When the door is closed, it ensures a library pressure of 10mm water column, maintaining a tight seal. Our technology ensures that within 30 minutes, pressure variations remain within or below 1mm. We adhere to top-tier benchmarks, withstanding up to 30mm water column pressure, and achieving a stabilized library pressure under or equal to 15mm in just 3 minutes.
2. Track:
Crafted from robust 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, the track features an innovative variable line sinking structure and seamless rail connections.
3. Door leaf texture:
Constructed from a durable 0.5mm color-coated steel plate, our doors are enhanced with a 0.8mm color-coated steel plate, finished with an elegant yellow-orange pattern spray.
4. Door frame:
The door frame boasts a 3mm+3mm aluminum alloy construct, with a substantial 50mm thickness and 100mm width. The comprehensive welding process integrates a PU insulation board with mushroom nail connections. Initial groundwork is reserved for precision fit within the library. After installation, the threshold outside is filled with cement, followed by an airtight and non-woven seal, seamlessly fusing with the wall's base layer. This ensures an immaculate airtight transition to the internal cement foundation layer.
5. Seal:
Crafted from the latest materials, featuring a high-bubble circular seal. The strip corners are meticulously rounded to R corners, guaranteeing unparalleled air tightness.
6. The door window of observation:
Specifications include a compact door width of 550mm and height of 800mm, with a ground clearance of 600mm. It is equipped with a stainless steel compression hinge and pressure handwheel. The glass door is 710mm wide, 860mm high, and 60mm thick, utilizing 5mm+7mm hollow nitrogen-tempered glass for superior durability and clarity.
7. Accessories:
