Our Efficient Cross Flow Evaporative Condenser represents a breakthrough in cold chain solutions, meticulously designed to optimize the condensation process. The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant enters through the refrigerant inlet and undergoes a sophisticated heat exchange with surrounding spray water and air. This transformation efficiently converts the refrigerant from a gaseous to a liquid state, delivering exceptional thermal performance and reliability.

Harnessing state-of-the-art technology, this innovative system employs a high-efficiency pump to elevate spray water to the condenser's apex. The spray water is meticulously dispersed across the outer surfaces of the condensing tubes via precision-engineered nozzles, forming a thin, highly effective water film. As this film absorbs heat, it evaporates into steam, while any remaining water elegantly flows back into the collecting tank for efficient recycling by the pump, ensuring continuous and optimal operation.

The axial fan significantly augments system efficiency by channeling air from both the top and lower side walls through the coils. This meticulous process expels the hot, saturated air into the atmosphere. Ingeniously designed, the water collector captures water droplets in the expelled air, drastically reducing water loss. Furthermore, the float ball valve precisely regulates water levels by replenishing evaporated water, guaranteeing uninterrupted and efficient cooling operations.

Our system is outfitted with an innovative anti-blocking large water spray device, which optimizes water pipe wall containment, significantly boosting the heat transfer coefficient. With its unique anti-plugging properties, scaling is effectively minimized.

Highlighted by a specially designed large flow circulating pump featuring high protection IP55, the system also includes a suction filter made from rust-resistant stainless steel, enhancing the product's service life.

The outdoor-special motor is noted for its small power consumption, large flow, low noise, and exceptional performance. Built for easy maintenance and enduring reliability, it stands out in its class.

Constructed from imported high-strength aluminized zinc panels, the product is both visually appealing and exceptionally resilient. It offers superior resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, effectively doubling its service life.
