This advanced system channels high-temperature gaseous refrigerant into the coil through the refrigerant inlet, where a superior heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant, the surrounding spray water, and air. This sophisticated process effectively transforms the refrigerant from a gaseous state to a liquid state, ensuring unparalleled thermal performance and reliability.

This innovative system leverages the power of a high-capacity pump to circulate spray water to the apex of the evaporative condenser. Water is meticulously dispersed over the condensing tubes' exterior through precision-engineered nozzles, creating a thin, highly efficient water film. As the water film absorbs heat, it vaporizes into steam, while the remaining water elegantly descends into the collecting tank. From there, the pump seamlessly recycles the water to ensure optimal resource utilization and sustainability.

The robust axial fan propels air from both the top and lower side walls through the coils, maximizing system efficiency by expelling moisture-laden hot air into the atmosphere. An intelligent water collector captures water droplets from the discharged air, significantly reducing water loss. Additionally, the float ball valve precisely maintains ideal water levels by replenishing evaporated water, guaranteeing uninterrupted cooling performance and operational excellence.
