Designed with precision to ensure optimal refrigerant evaporation, the vertical tube (spiral tube) evaporator of our Efficient Air Pressure Test Evaporator Coil is a marvel of engineering. This evaporator is immersed in the refrigerant carrier box, exclusively serving open circulation systems, which utilize non-volatile secondary coolants like saltwater or water. To guarantee a stable circulation speed of the secondary refrigerant, the box is meticulously crafted with a longitudinal partition and a strategically welded spiral agitator. This ensures a smooth carrier coolant flow rate of 0.3~0.7m/s, significantly boosting heat transfer efficiency.
Encased in a robust rectangular metal box, the evaporating tube of our vertical evaporator exudes durability and elegance. Each cluster of evaporation tubes is meticulously designed with two horizontal headers, connecting an array of heat transfer tubes. These evaporators are ingeniously classified into two types based on the heat transfer tube configuration: straight tubes and spiral tubes, each offering unique advantages for various cooling requirements.
