Condensing Unit

The refrigeration unit is mainly composed of a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device (commonly an expansion valve), and an evaporator. It is supplemented with auxiliary devices such as an oil separator, an economizer, a gas -
liquid separator, a liquid receiver, an oil cooler, and a heat recovery device. The specific arrangement of auxiliary devices
depends on the operating conditions of the unit (evaporation temperature, condenser temperature, etc.).

 

Product Feature

Compress the gaseous Freon into high - temperature and high - pressure gaseous Freon, and then send it to the condenser.

 

The compressors we selected include screw compressors, scroll compressors, piston compressors, etc.

 

Evaporator

The refrigerant boils in the evaporator and absorbs the heat of the substance to be cooled, thus achieving the purpose of
refrigeration.

 

 

The evaporators we choose include dry-type shell-and-tube evaporators, flooded evaporators, air-cooled evaporators (air coolers)(for cold storage systems), plate evaporators, water spray evaporators, etc.

 

Condensor

The heat absorbed in the evaporator, along with the heat converted from the work consumed by the compressor, is taken away by the cooling medium in the condenser.

 

 

The condensers we select are divided into air-cooled fin condensers, water-cooled condensers, and evaporative condensers.

Throttling gear

It plays a role in throttling and reducing the pressure of the refrigerant and regulates the flow rate of the refrigerant entering the evaporator.
