The vertical tube (spiral tube) evaporator is meticulously engineered for unparalleled refrigerant evaporation inside the tube, with the evaporator itself gracefully submerged within the refrigerant carrier box. Exclusively designed for open circulation systems, these evaporators ensure the secondary coolant remains non-volatile, utilizing options like saltwater or water. To uphold a consistent and efficient circulation speed of the secondary refrigerant, a longitudinal partition and a spiral agitator are masterfully welded within the box. This strategic design promotes a carrier coolant flow rate of 0.3~0.7m/s, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency.
The vertical evaporator's evaporating tube is elegantly housed within a robust rectangular metal box, offering both durability and style. Each cluster of evaporation tubes is composed of two horizontal headers seamlessly connected to multiple heat transfer tubes. Depending on the type of heat transfer tubes, these evaporators are available in two distinctive varieties: straight tubes and spiral tubes. This design flexibility ensures optimal performance tailored to diverse cooling needs.
