This state-of-the-art system employs a powerful pump to deliver spray water to the apex of the evaporative condenser. The spray water is then expertly distributed across the outer surface of the condensing tubes through precision-engineered nozzles, creating a thin, highly efficient water film. As the water film absorbs and dissipates heat, it transforms into steam, while the remaining water elegantly flows into the collecting tank for efficient recycling by the pump, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
The high-performance axial fan amplifies system efficiency by propelling air from the top and lower side walls through the coils. This process effectively expels saturated, hot, and humid air into the atmosphere. Ingeniously designed, the water collector captures water droplets in the discharged air, significantly reducing water loss. The precision-engineered float ball valve meticulously maintains optimal water levels by replenishing lost water vapor, ensuring uninterrupted and seamless cooling operations.
