Our thermostatic expansion valves are meticulously engineered to regulatethe precise injection of refrigerant liquid into evaporators. This critical process is expertly managed by the Refrigerantsuperheat, ensuring performance at its peak.
Therefore, these valves are remarkably well-suited forliquid injection in 'dry' evaporators. In these systems, the superheat at the evaporator outlet directly correlates with the evaporator load, guaranteeing both efficiency and reliability.
Presenting the advanced TE 2 version for CO2, this innovation permits the use of a manual TXV alongside a simplified case controller. This pioneering approach enables the construction of a CO2 system with a lowered initial investment while facilitating continuous data logging of temperatures, ensuring both accuracy and dependability.

Thermostatic expansion valves are engineered to maintain a consistent superheat level at the evaporator outlet. By precisely regulating the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, these valves accommodate both the evaporator load and ambient temperatures. This precision not only optimizes refrigeration efficiency but also prevents liquid refrigerant from entering the suction line, which could otherwise damage the compressor. Compared to systems using capillary tubes, thermostatic expansion valves deliver substantial energy savings.
Our cutting-edge system design ensures the complete prevention of liquid refrigerant entry into the suction line, thereby protecting the compressor from potential harm. This results in a robust and highly efficient system performance.

The TE 2 valves tailored for CO2 applications do not come with internal pressure equalization. These valves are expertly optimized for sub-critical systems and have been enhanced to endure a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 90 bar.

TE2 valves feature a versatile interchangeable orifice assembly, suitable for all valve body versions, refrigerants, and evaporating temperature ranges. For maximum durability, the valve cone and seat are constructed from a specialized alloy renowned for its superior wear resistance.

The charge of the thermostatic element is perfectly matched to the refrigerant and the evaporating temperature range, with these specifications clearly laser-engraved on the valve top for easy identification.

The bulb ensures a swift and precise response to temperature changes within the evaporator. Its innovative design includes a patented bulb strap for quick, easy, and reliable mounting, guaranteeing optimal thermal contact with the suction tube.
