Featuring hollow extruded aluminum wing blades, the fan's angle can be adjusted to meet performance needs. We offer various blade types tailored to different power outputs, ensuring a broad application range. For environments requiring explosion-proof standards, motors can be equipped with explosion-proof grades of ExdIIBT4 or ExdIIC T4, and anti-static belts can be provided as needed. These fans boast a sleek appearance and promise safe, stable operation.

Product Feature

1. The fan's performance is rated at 20ºC, with an atmospheric pressure of 101,325Pa, relative humidity at 50%, and an altitude of no more than 1,000 meters. Noise levels are measured at the outlet inclined by 45 degrees, which is twice the diameter of the impeller.
2. The air volume and pressure of the fan cover the range Q1~Q2 and P1~P2, respectively, as indicated on the performance curve for sections A1~A2. Larger air volumes correspond to lower pressure points, while smaller air volumes align with higher pressure points (as shown in Figure A).

Installation Instructions

When installing the fan, ensure the base naturally aligns with the foundation surface, using padding if necessary. Avoid forcing connections by hammering bolts to prevent base and ram deformation. The fan should not bear the weight of the air outlet pipe; additional support must be provided during installation.
