Hence, these valves are exceptionally suited forliquid injection in 'dry' evaporators, where the superheat at the evaporator outlet is directly proportional to the evaporator load, ensuring maximum efficiency and unparalleled reliability.
Introducing the advanced TE 2 version for CO2, this innovation allows the use of a manual TXV in tandem with a simplified case controller. This creates a groundbreaking opportunity to build a CO2 system with a reduced initial investment while still enabling constant data logging of temperatures, assuring precision and reliability.

Thermostatic expansion valves are engineered to maintain a consistent superheat level at the evaporator outlet. This is achieved through precision control of the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, accounting for both evaporator load and ambient temperatures. This meticulous regulation enhances refrigeration efficiency and ensures that liquid refrigerant does not enter the suction line, thereby protecting the compressor from potential damage. Compared to systems utilizing capillary tubes, thermostatic expansion valves deliver substantial energy savings and superior performance.
Our state-of-the-art system design guarantees that liquid refrigerant is blocked from entering the suction line, thus protecting the compressor from possible harm. This leads to a more reliable, efficient, and durable system.

The TE 2 valves, crafted specifically for CO2 applications, are not available with internal pressure equalization. These valves are meticulously optimized for sub-critical systems and have been fortified to endure a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 90 bar.

TE2 valves are equipped with an interchangeable orifice assembly, making them adaptable for all valve body versions, refrigerants, and evaporating temperature ranges. To ensure durability, the valve cone and seat are constructed from a specialized alloy renowned for its outstanding wear resistance.

The charge of the thermostatic element is precisely matched to the refrigerant and the specified evaporating temperature range. These details are laser-engraved on the valve top for easy identification and reference.

The bulb is designed for rapid and accurate response to temperature changes within the evaporator. Its innovative design features a patented bulb strap, facilitating quick, easy, and dependable mounting, ensuring excellent thermal contact with the suction tube.
